1 - Run 400m, 50 Box Jumps, 50 DB Swings, 50 Sit-Ups, 50 Back Extensions, Run 400m

2 - 4 Rds of the following: 10 OHS, 15 Burpees, 20 Push-ups, 25 Squats

3 - AMRAP in 20 mins: 25 Wall-Balls, 50 Rope Skips, 25 Jump Squats, 50 Rope Skips
